Delete Your Account

You can ask edgelab, operated by EDGELAB TEKNOLOJI LIMITED SIRKETI, to permanently delete your account and associated data either in the app or by email.

Request deletion in the app

1. Open edgelab and sign in.
2. Open Settings.
3. Select Delete Account and confirm the request.

The app signs you out after the request is accepted. You do not need to keep the app installed while we process it.

Request deletion without the app

Email support@edge-lab.cofrom the address associated with your account. Use the subject "edgelabaccount deletion request." If you cannot access that email address, tell us the sign-in email and we will provide a safe way to verify the account. Never send us a password or one-time code.

What happens next

• We hide your public profile as soon as we accept a verified request.
• We permanently delete your login, profile, preferences, and associated product data within 30 days after accepting a verified request.
• We may retain anonymized analytics and records required for legal, security, tax, payment, or dispute-resolution obligations.
• Account deletion does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately through the store where you bought it to avoid a future renewal.
